I hope Bar Louie responds to my e-mail

I am sorry to say I had a horrible experience at your restaurant at Patriot Place in Foxboro, MA.  Upon being seated, we waited 15+ minutes for human contact from a waitress in a 1/2 empty restaurant.  I’d hate to experience what the service is like when it’s crowded during a Patriots game.  I’m assuming half of the tables are littered with starving skeletons of patrons waiting for someone to bring them their silverware and a glass of water.

If anything, I hope that this missive results in the improvement of staff in all of your locations. If I’m going to be killed by food-borne illness, I’d like to be killed with kindness as well.  Based on my experience, it’d probably take the staff 10 minutes to find my body and another 15 to dial 911.
